Keep your sign-in code private
Helpful tips
- Only request sign-in codes for yourself.
- Do not forward sign-in emails or read the code out to anyone.
- Use the newest code you requested — older ones stop working.
- RentSeal will never ask you for your code. Be cautious of unexpected messages claiming to be RentSeal.
Use sharing features instead of sharing your account
If you need someone else to view an available rental record or Evidence Pack, use RentSeal’s intended sharing features rather than giving them access to your account.
