Keep the tab open while uploading. If it fails, use Retry upload. If the original file is no longer available in this browser session, select it again.

Camera access is denied

Open the site permissions in your browser and allow camera access, or choose Import to select an existing file. Your workflow remains available without live overlay support.

A share link is unavailable

The link may be expired or revoked. Create a fresh link from Evidence pack. Public links never expose account navigation.
