RentSeal helps organise and preserve rental documentation. It does not provide legal advice, certify evidence, determine liability, or guarantee the outcome of a tenancy or deposit dispute.

Sealed records

A seal records completion time, the acting account and a record identifier. Associated originals cannot be silently edited through normal product paths. Later evidence is attached as a separately timestamped addendum.

Rental Protection

Rental Protection is a one-time payment for one lease, intended for a lease period up to 36 months plus six months after recorded move-out. Production operators must send a retention notice before any end-of-term deletion.

Recipient acknowledgements

An acknowledgement records receipt or access only. It does not indicate agreement with the record.
