Your home records are sensitive.

RentSeal stores rental evidence in private buckets and uses row-level access policies so another renter cannot query your records. Public recipients see only the record selected for a limited share link.

What is stored

Account email, rental details, photos, file metadata, documents, damage notes, issues, share events, acknowledgements and payment entitlement state.

What analytics excludes

Analytics events never include photo content, addresses, documents, landlord email or issue descriptions. A configurable analytics endpoint is disabled by default.

Access and deletion

You can export structured data and practical file references from Account. Account deletion removes private Storage objects before deleting the authenticated user. Operational retention must be configured before a production launch.
