Is it a subscription?
No. RentSeal Protection is a one-time payment per rental. The free plan stays free.
What do I get for free?
Up to 10 evidence files per rental, issue tracking, an evidence pack PDF and a read-only share link. No card is needed to start.
What does Protection add?
Unlimited evidence files (fair use) for that rental, and sealed move-in and move-out records that cannot be edited or replaced afterwards. Later additions are dated separately.
How long is my record kept?
Your record stays in your account. RentSeal does not delete it automatically, during or after your lease, and you can export it from Account settings.
Is this legal advice?
No. RentSeal gives you an organised, dated record. What happens to a deposit depends on your agreement, the facts and local law.
