Information in RentSeal
Depending on how you use RentSeal, your account may contain account information, rental details, rooms, photos, notes, issues and other rental documentation.
Private rental files
Rental evidence can contain private information. RentSeal’s privacy and account controls should be used when accessing, exporting, sharing or deleting those records.
Storage and retention
The exact storage and retention rules that apply to your records are governed by the current RentSeal product terms and privacy information.
For authoritative details about retention, deletion and privacy practices, use RentSeal’s current Privacy Center and Terms rather than relying only on this help article.
