Why a link may be unavailable
A secure share link may no longer work if it has expired, been revoked or been replaced.
Create a new link
- Sign in to RentSeal.
- Open the correct rental and Evidence Pack.
- Open the sharing controls.
- Create a fresh secure link.
- Send the new link to the intended recipient.
Do not rely on the old link
Once you create or provide a replacement link, use the newest available link rather than continuing to forward an older one.
