One upgrade for one rental
RentSeal Protection is a one-time upgrade for an individual rental rather than a recurring monthly subscription.
What is included?
- No limit on evidence files for this rental, subject to fair-use rules. The free start includes 10.
- Sealing your move-in and move-out records, so the originals and their dates stay unchanged.
- Your record stays in your account; RentSeal does not delete it automatically.
What is already included free?
Issue tracking, the Evidence Pack (PDF) and secure read-only sharing are included on the free start as well as with Protection.
How much does it cost?
The current website price for RentSeal Protection is $24.99 as a one-time payment per rental, or £19.99 / €21.99 where a local price is shown before checkout.
Protection is documentation, not insurance
RentSeal Protection is not insurance and does not promise the return of a rental deposit or the outcome of a dispute. It provides documentation features designed to help you maintain an organised rental record.
