What is an Evidence Pack?
An Evidence Pack brings available information from your RentSeal rental record together in a clearer format.
Depending on the information available, this can include property details, rooms, photos, notes and documented issues.
Before creating your Evidence Pack
- Check that you are viewing the correct rental.
- Review your rooms and make sure evidence is organised correctly.
- Check important photos and notes for obvious mistakes.
- Review documented issues you want represented in the record.
Create the Evidence Pack
- Open the rental you want to use.
- Go to the Evidence Pack area.
- Review the available rental information.
- Use the available option to create or generate your Evidence Pack.
- Review the completed pack before downloading or sharing it.
After creating your pack
Keep your own copy if a download option is available and you want an independent copy of the record.
Use RentSeal’s available secure sharing option when you need to provide someone else with access rather than sharing your account credentials.
