Use the code, not a link
RentSeal emails a sign-in code. Type it into the window where you entered your email address and you will be signed in there. Older emails may contain a link instead; if one of those fails, request a new code rather than opening the link again.
Why a link can fail before you touch it
A sign-in link can only be used once, and mail apps and security scanners routinely open links in incoming mail to check them. That uses the link up before you tap it, which is why it can report that it has expired the first time you try. A code is not affected: nothing opens it on your behalf.
Request a new code
- Return to the RentSeal sign-in page.
- Enter the email address connected to your account.
- Keep that window open — this is where the code goes.
- Open the newest RentSeal email and read the code.
- Type it in. Older codes and links no longer work.
Still cannot sign in?
Check that you are using the correct email address and that your email service is not delaying or filtering the message. The code also appears in the subject line, so you can read it from the notification without opening the email.
