Before uploading
Open the correct rental and room before adding evidence. This helps keep the record organised from the beginning.
Upload evidence
- Open the rental you want to document.
- Choose the relevant room or evidence area.
- Choose the option to add evidence.
- Take a new photo or select an existing photo from your device.
- Keep the page open while the upload completes.
- Review the evidence after it has been added.
If an upload does not complete
Do not repeatedly refresh the page while an upload is still running. If the upload fails, use the available retry option or select the original file again.
